Gift Vouchers are available for all treatments and products. Vouchers can be arranged by phoning the salon or we'll call you if you complete this form.
BOOKINGS
Bookings are essential for all treatments. Credit card details or alternatively a monetary deposit of 50% of the treatment value is to be provided for all treatments exceeding on hour at the time of the booking. If using a gift voucher please inform receptionist while making your appointment.
NEW CLIENTS
We suggest you arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment time so you can relax prior to your pamper.
PAYMENT
We accept Master card, Bank Card, Visa and EFTPOS for al treatments and products.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations and /or rescheduling of appointments require 24hours notice. Less notice than 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
